Village Center at Bayles Shipyard

An historic boat-building structure is renovated into a 13,000 sq.ft. cultural center for this bayside village’s new waterfront park. The building retains its industrial waterfront history, while housing new program: classrooms, exhibition spaces, park facilities and catering hall. Ship-like decks surround the building looking out over the bay.
