Private House Renovation

Extensive facade damage and a tiny kitchen motivated these clients to renovate and extend their suburban home. The project is located in a landmark district and overlooks a forested riverside park. The entir facade was replaced with stained cedar clapboard siding, and a new entry portico was added. Inside a renovated custom kitchen and new breakfast area, and mudroom were added to the first floor, while an enlarged master bathroom, two new bedrooms and a new bathroom were added to the second floor.
