This 8,000 sq.ft. executive o"ce suite overlooking Long Island Sound, is the headquarters for a 32-person, highly successful hedge fund management company. The founder's fondness for boating resonates in the space's siting, materials, and details. The design, done in collaboration with decorator Victoria Hagan, featured custom trading desks, executive and support spaces furnished with triple-redundant power, phone & data wiring and conference areas equipped for video-conferencing.
